Shipping Policy

Processing Times

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after purchase (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive an email notification once your order has shipped, along with tracking information so you can follow your package every step of the way.

During high-volume periods (such as product launches or holidays), please allow an additional 1–3 business days for processing.

 

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

We currently offer the following options:

  • Standard Shipping (3–6 business days) – Free on orders over $50

  • Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days) – Calculated at checkout

  • Overnight Shipping (1 business day) – Available in select regions

Delivery times are estimates and begin after your order has been processed.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number and a direct link to view delivery updates. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become available after receiving your shipping confirmation email.

 

Shipping Locations

We currently ship within the United States.

We’re working to make international shipping available soon—stay tuned by subscribing to our newsletter for updates.

PO Boxes

We can ship to PO Boxes within the U.S., though expedited and overnight delivery options may be unavailable for these addresses.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

If your order is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact our support team within 7 days of delivery at support@aeliusnaturals.com.

We’ll work with the carrier to investigate and make things right as quickly as possible.

Please note that Aelius Naturals is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, incorrect shipping addresses, or circumstances beyond our control (such as weather or natural disasters).

Address Changes

Once your order has been placed, we’re unable to guarantee changes to your shipping address. If you made an error, please email support@aeliusnaturals.com immediately, and we’ll do our best to update it before your order ships.
